How To Find Our Rehab Center
We are located at 772 Pershing St., Ellwood City, PA 16117.
If you are coming from the north, head south on PA-65 S. Pass Nico Luciano’s, and turn right onto Pershing St. Continue past Ellwood City Hospital, and you will find us on the right.
If you are coming from the south, take PA-65 N. After you pass Blake’s Mini Storage, turn left onto PA-288 W/PA-65 N. Continue for about a mile, and turn right onto Pittsburgh Circle after Mark Hasson – State Farm Insurance Agent. Take another right onto Fountain Ave. and a quick left onto Sims St. When Sims St. splits, continue onto Pershing St. Continue past Ellwood City Hospital, and we will be on the right.
